There’s something about Bottega that’s got us all hooked. Not sure if it’s the BYOB or the old world deli counter, or the Malfatti (these insanely good spinach and ricotta dumplings) or the way the chef prepares lamb anything… but it’s tiny, charming, delicious, and affordable. A welcome addition to the Baltimore dining scene. If it feels like a slice of Brooklyn right here in Charm City, that’s because it’s run by NY defector Adrien Aeschliman. Not sure how he did it, but this place feels as if it’s been here forever.
